Warranty and Returns

1. **Return Policy:**
   - Items returned within 30 days of the purchase date are eligible for a full refund.
   - The returned items must be in brand new condition and in their original packaging.
   - After the initial 30-day return period, all items are covered by a 1 year warranty.

2. **Warranty Coverage:**
   - During the warranty period, any faulty items can be returned.
   - We will promptly provide a working replacement or credit for the returned item.

3. **Responsibilities of the Buyer:**
   - The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
   - It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the item is returned in reasonable condition.

4. **Initiating a Return:**
   - To start a return, please contact our dedicated team.
   - Our team will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and shipping information.

5. **Processing Time:**
   - Upon receipt of your items, we strive to process them on the same day.
   - During exceptionally busy periods, processing may take up to 7 working days.

6. **Important Note - Warranty Exclusions:**
   - Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, including damage incurred during the fitting process and incorrectly fitted IC's.

7. **Credit Determination:**
   - The credit value for returned items will be determined based on the current price of the items.
